BaggageXS, a division of Links Relocations International Ltd., is seeking a dynamic, self motivated individual who can take our small shipment product line to the new levels.As the Product Manager, you will guide teams based in Hong Kong and Singapore tasked with product line contribution as a business unit to support overall company success. Based on your industry experience, management style and your contact with customers and prospects, you will help develop operational efficiencies that boost profitability and increase market share to drive additional revenue.

Implementing changes that upper-management wants to occur within the unit by inspiring the employees to make them happen.
Coaching a team of individuals to optimal performance by setting mutual unit goals and tracking progress to take corrective action or provide rewards.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan.
Performing ongoing market research to stay competitive within an industry.
Manage forecasting/budget process to align with product line goals.
Setting unit sales and marketing strategies, creating individual sales and work plans, and performing employee evaluations.
Develop local sales support tools and to build individual strategies, including identification of up-selling opportunities.
Marketing materials development based upon customer needs, buying preferences and the products of competitors.
Review Sales figures, monitor performance and advise sales teams on jobs.
Prepare monthly/weekly Sales and Management reports and engage in management meetings.
Create and conducting customer surveys and analyze consumer statistics within the industry.
Ensure that all jobs are carried out by the most cost effective and efficient means.
Pro-actively search, qualify, develop and engage into new customer relationships.
Set up KPIs to appraise staff’s performance.
Cooperate with other departments to fulfill assigned tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, marketing or engineering.
MINIMUM three years’ experience managing teams in courier or airfreight operations.
MINIMUM five years in courier or airfreight operations.
Proven 6+ years Sales experience within the Courier, Shipping, Airfreight or Logistics industry.
Experience in strategic planning, and implementation preferred.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good teamwork skills and strong self-motivation.
