Welcome to Baggagexs specialists in moving small shipments worldwide. Whether you are moving one suitcase or fifty boxes, we are able to ship this for you with no minimum volume requirement. With our dedicated team of professionally trained experts and partners around the world looking after your shipment, your goods are in safe hands. We handle all your requirements at both ends of the shipping process, which include customs clearance and delivery of your shipment to its final destination address. We will need you to submit to us the necessary customs forms for the country you are going to as well as a copy of the photo page of your passport, in order for us to do customs clearance on your behalf. For our door to warehouse service, please ensure that you arrange for the goods to be collected within a reasonable time frame, otherwise you may incur additional storage charges. Normal storage inclusion is 7 days depending on the destination.
Basic packing materials (cartons, packing paper and tape) will be provided to you free of charge on your requested date and the packed shipment will be picked-up at 72 hours notice. Delivery and collection is free of charge from within your origin city limits. We will require a non refundable deposit to be paid, prior to delivery of the boxes.
We offer both sea and air shipments and make use of the best quality ocean freight and air freight services. Transit times by sea vary greatly dependent upon factors including the route, consolidating other shipments, sailing schedules and customs clearance. Although we can't guarantee delivery times we estimate in the region of 8 to 12 weeks, if delivery before or after this estimate would be difficult then give us a call to discus other options. When considering using air freight, there are two things to take into consideration: that the cost is either calculated on volume or weight, depending on which is the greater and that it will be more expensive than our sea freight (but cheaper than what the airlines will charge, which can be as much as 1% of the first class passenger fare per kilo!!).
